The District Attorney's Pre-Trial Diversion Program (PTD)
diverts nonviolent defendants from the court system into an
individualized / supervised program. If the defendant completes
the program, the case will NOT be prosecuted. The DA will file a
Motion to Nolle Pros the case, and there will be no conviction. If the
PTD program is NOT completed, the defendant will appear before the
court and be sentenced as they would for any other conviction.

Criteria for Eligibility:
* Be 18 years or older
* Admit guilt
* Be approved by District Attorney
* Sign a PTD agreement
* No DUI's or CDL Licenses accepted
